How do I place an order?

Ordering process: Confirm requirements → Provide a quotation → Customer signs the quotation or provides a formal order → Payment/Deposit in advance  → Shipping

Can I cancel my order?

A.
If you need to cancel an order, please notify the sales team as soon as possible. If the order has already entered the scheduling phase, it will be considered in production and cannot be changed.

What are the shipping conditions for international orders?

.The trade term is "Ex-Works."

.Shipping fees, handling fees, and import taxes/duties are to be borne by the customer.

.If the amount for a single shipment is less than USD $5,000, a handling fee will be charged. Please confirm the actual amount with the sales representative.

What should I do if I find a problem after receiving the goods?

If you discover any "transportation damage" or "manufacturing defects," please proactively contact us within 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving the item and provide supporting photos. We will assist you as soon as possible.

How long is the product warranty?

A.
Products with a HSC (Shipping Serial Number) are covered by a one-year warranty.

What should I do if there is a problem within the warranty period?

A.
.If there are no human errors, repairs or exchanges will be carried out according to the RMA process.

.If the damage is caused by the user or if the item is used beyond its specifications, an estimated repair cost will be charged.

What if the product is out of warranty?

A.
Products outside the warranty period can still be sent for repair.  We will provide an estimate for the repair based on the actual damage.

What is the process for repair (RMA) operations?

A.
Repair notification → Receipt of defective product → Testing and evaluation (approximately 3-5 business days, if charges apply) → Quotation and confirmation → Repair and testing (approximately 5-10 business days) → Product returned to customer.

The actual processing time will be adjusted based on the condition of the parts and the schedule. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the cost of the testing fee?

A.
The inspection fee for each item is NT$300.  Even if no further repairs are made, a fee will still be charged for the inspection.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How is the repair cost calculated?

The repair costs will be quoted based on the actual inspection results.

What are encoders?

A.
All machine spindles or motor shafts count revolutions by translate electronic signals from sensors called encoders.
