  • Assembly Instructions :

1.

Prepare the motor.

2.

The Ⓑencoder base is mounted on top of the motor.

3.

Place the Ⓗ centering tool onto the shaft.

4.

Tighten the mounting Ⓓscrews.

5.

Remove the Ⓗcentering tool.

6.

Place the Ⓘspace tool.

7.

With the code-disk facing downwards,
install the Ⓕhubdisk onto the shaft.

8.

Tighten the set screws of the hubdisk.

9.

Remove the Ⓘspacing tool.

10.

Place the Ⓔsensor onto the base gently.

11.

12.

Push the Ⓔsensor forward.

13.

Fasten the sensor with the Ⓒscrews.

14.

Close the Ⓐcover by sequence.

15.

Assemble the cable.

16.

The assembly process is now completed.
